Exterior Window Cleaning
What it is
Exterior window cleaning removes the everyday buildup that collects on your glass, frames, sills, and accessible screens. If you want the inside done too, interior cleaning can be added.
Why it matters
Dust, pollen, sprinkler spray, road film, bug residue, and bird droppings build up gradually on exterior glass. Because it happens little by little, it can be easy to stop noticing until the windows are clean again.
What Terva includes
- Exterior glass cleaned
- Frames and sills wiped down
- Everyday dust, pollen, outdoor film, and normal bug residue removed
- Light bird droppings cleaned from the glass
- Accessible screens washed, rinsed, and reinstalled where practical
- Interior cleaning of the same windows when requested
- Final visual inspection before we leave

Before we get started
A rough window count is all you need to get an estimate. We'll confirm the final count and price before any work begins.
- Interior cleaning is optional and applies to the same windows being cleaned outside.
- Hard-water staining, paint overspray, and construction residue may require specialty work beyond a standard cleaning. If we see anything like that, we'll let you know before moving forward.

A window about 4 ft × 5 ft or smaller counts as one.
2 Window Units
A window clearly larger than about 4 ft × 5 ft counts as two.
