Is the price I see online what I'll pay?
It's a planning estimate based on what you tell us. We look at the property first, then confirm the details and the final price with you before any work begins.
Do I need to know exact measurements?
No. A rough window count, a rough panel count, or your home's size and number of stories is plenty. If you're unsure, skip the questions and we'll sort it out at the visit.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and nothing is charged online. It just tells us which services you'd like us to look at.
Do I have to request everything at once?
No. Pick only what you want us to look at, and change your mind any time before you send the request.
What does each service cost?
Gutter cleaning estimates start at $150. Exterior window cleaning is $12 per standard window unit with a $169 minimum, and a clearly oversized window counts as two units. Solar panel cleaning is $9 per panel with a $100 minimum. Bird proofing is priced for your property after we see it.
Do I need to be home?
It helps to have someone there when we look over the property so we can go through what we found and confirm the price with you.
How will I know what you found?
We'll walk you through it, and gutter and solar cleanings include before-and-after photos so you can see the condition we started with and the finished result.
Which services can I get right now?
Gutter cleaning, exterior window cleaning, solar panel cleaning and bird proofing. Concrete pressure washing, exterior home soft washing, roof soft washing and home care plans are on the way.

We're based locally and work throughout the East Bay Area, California. If you're just outside our usual towns, send us your address and we'll let you know.
