About Terva
Terva Exterior Care is a small, locally based exterior home-care company working across the East Bay Area, California.
Taking care of the outside of a house usually means tracking down a different company for every job. We started Terva to make that simpler: a few exterior services most East Bay homes need, handled by one local team.
We're a young company, and we'd rather earn your trust with how we work than with claims about ourselves. That means telling you plainly what a service includes, giving you a realistic price up front, showing you what we found at your home, doing the work we agreed on, and leaving the property clean.
Right now we handle gutter cleaning, exterior window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, bird proofing, with a few more services on the way. If something isn't a job for us, we'll say so.
